Service.

These Terms are a contract between you and Bizflix Global Limited, the company that operates Bizflix Training ("we", "our", "us"). By enrolling in a program or using the platform you agree to them.

If you don't agree, don't enroll. Questions: contact@bizflix.training.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when you enroll. Each seat is for one named individual — you may not share your account or transfer your seat without our written approval.

• Program fees are listed at checkout in the currency you pay in.
• All fees are due before the cohort start date unless a written payment plan is agreed.
• Failed payments may result in loss of seat and cohort access.
• Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added where applicable.

• Full refund up to 7 days before your cohort start date.
• 50% refund up to the end of Week 1 of your cohort.
• No refund after Week 1 of the cohort.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected by this policy.

Cohorts run live on fixed schedules. We may adjust dates, instructors, or individual sessions with reasonable notice. If we cancel a cohort entirely we will refund all fees.

Recordings, where provided, are for personal review only and may not be redistributed.

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or discriminate against any student or instructor.
• Share your login, recordings, or course material with non-students.
• Use the platform for illegal activity, spam, or malware.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access for serious or repeated violations, without refund.

You own what you create. Projects, code, and capstones you submit remain yours.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display excerpts of non-confidential work (with credit) for marketing and alumni showcases. You can opt out at any time by emailing us.

All curriculum, slides, recordings, and platform software remain the property of Bizflix Global Limited.

We issue a certificate of completion to students who meet the attendance and capstone requirements of their program. Certificates are verifiable via a unique identifier. They are not an academic degree or accreditation.

We deliver the program with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We don't guarantee specific career or income outcomes.
• Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid for the program in question.
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (payment, IP, liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bizflix Global Limited's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
