Bizflix Training is operated by Bizflix Global Limited ("we", "our", "us"). We provide live cohort-based learning programs in applied AI, data, and operations.

For any privacy question you can reach us at contact@bizflix.training.

We only collect what we need to run the programs and improve the product:

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), profile photo.
• Enrollment data — cohort, program, billing history, invoices.
• Learning data — module progress, capstone submissions, feedback.
• Technical data — IP address, device, browser, timezone, logs.
• Marketing data — emails you open, links you click (if you opt in).

• Deliver the program you enrolled in and issue your certificate.
• Process payments, refunds, and tax documents.
• Send essential cohort communication (session times, homework, grading).
• Improve the curriculum based on aggregate progress and feedback.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
• Send marketing — only with your explicit opt-in. You can unsubscribe any time.

Under GDPR and comparable laws we rely on:

• Contract — to deliver the program you paid for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and measure the product.
• Consent — for optional marketing and non-essential cookies.
• Legal obligations — tax, accounting, and dispute resolution.

We do not sell your data. We share only with trusted sub-processors:

• Payment processors (Stripe) — to take payment.
• Email providers — to deliver transactional and (opted-in) marketing email.
• Cloud hosting and analytics providers — to run and measure the platform.
• Authorities — only where required by law.

All sub-processors are bound by data-protection agreements.

Where data leaves your region we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the relevant authority.

We keep account and program data while your account is active and for up to 7 years after, to meet tax and contractual obligations. Marketing data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe.

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data (subject to legal retention).
• Object to processing or withdraw consent.
• Port your data to another provider.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure — if we detect a material breach we will notify you and the relevant authority within 72 hours.

Bizflix Training is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
